We have an urgent requirement as follows:
Position : Pega Architect (Property & Casualty insurance EXP)
Location: Boston
Duration: 6 To 12 Months
Required Skills:
Pega Architect with 8-10 Years Experience.
Pega Architect with deep knowledge of Pega-PRPC architecture / system design
Must also have enterprise architecture experience, particularly SOA technologies
Lead Consultant Enterprise Application Integration(EAI) Architect Enterprise architect with strong experience in systems integration particularly with Pega systems
Domain knowledge in Medical Professional Liability is preferred
Insurance Industry experience is a must
Position 2 Pega Architect
Pega Architect with deep knowledge of Pega-PRPC architecture / system design,
Should have at least 10 years of IT experience
Strong BPM concepts with at least 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC Development projects
Expertise in Pega PRPC 6.2 SP2 or 6.1 SP2 or 5.5 or 5.3 features. Experience in defining security, designing/modeling flows using BPMN , connectors, services, defining rules, HTML streams, activities, decision rules, configuring SLA (Service Level Agreements), summary views for reports in the PRPC
Excellent Knowledge of the PRPC products like Product Configurator, Customer Process Manager (CPM).
Assist with Pega Lead System Architect and with systems administrators for database and system design, development and implementation
Perform system development, installation (if needed) and configuration
Coordinate and assist with Pega Senior Developers or Developers
Provide estimates for the modules and requirements
Coordinate with Customer technical teams on interfaces
Assist with performance monitoring, system tuning and system management
Integrate PRPC DCO, Interfaces and other frameworks with the application
Assist in designing and implementing the application modules
Should be strong in evaluating, recommending, designing and suggesting improvement strategies to enhance business productivity, increase profitability and achieve operational excellence.
Strong in database and class library design
Expertise with quality management processes and adherence to these
Good analytical skills and strong communication ability
Highly capable of learning new technology and adapting to a new environment quickly
