ETL  Developer ( Locals Preffered)

Location:   Lexington,MA
Duration:6+ months

Description:

• Lead ETL Designer/Developer in SSIS:
• Experience in designing an end to end Data Warehouse solution using SSIS.
• Thorough understanding of Data Warehousing implementations.
• Experienced with design of ETL process from data extraction to loading to production.
• Be able to come up with design to build processes around data loading in SQL Server Data Warehouse.
• Extensive experience in building Data Warehouse SSIS ETL packages using SQL Server 2008.
• Experience with Pragmatic Works Task Factory is a plus.
• Implemented Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) type 2 to maintain Historical Data.
• Designed Error Handling around Dimensions and Facts for data loading in Data Warehouse.
• Used T-SQL queries and designed SSIS packages to load the data into warehouse.
• Designing SSIS Packages to perform Data profiling, Data Cleansing, and Data Transformation.
• Experience using SQL Profiler, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Experience in documentation of packages.
