 Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview Mode: Telephonic Required Skills: This is for the Development phase of the implementation of PeopleSoft EPM 9.1 A minimum of 5 years of in-depth ETL development experience with PeopleSoft EPM, Ascential DataStage (8.1) or data warehouse is required. There is a strong preference for candidates with previous PeopleSoft EPM experience. This experience should have been gained working on implementation project teams, spanning multiple full lifecycle implementation projects. Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft data structures, configuration and setup designs, and business processes within the ETL/EPM/OBIEE modules and strong understanding of tables/record definitions and ability to write and understand SQL is required. Familiarity with Oracle/PeopleSoft development technologies (PeopleCode, Application Designer, Component Interface, and Application Engine) sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers is desired. Additional knowledge on reporting tools, star schema, snowflake, type 1 and type 2 dimensions also is preferred. Additional experience working with ETL tools such as Ascential DataStage or Informatica would be helpful. OBIEE and BI Publisher experience would also be preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communications skills are required. Strong understanding of ETL tools (Ascential DataStage) so creating test scripts would be helpful.
