I am having following requirement with our client. Please let me know if you have any matching profiles available..

 

Title: Senior Data Modeler

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Duration: 9+ Months

 

We are in need of a data modeler to assist us with data modeling tasks.

 

Qualified candidates will have the following:

·         Should have 10+ years of experience in IT

·         At-least 7-8 years in Data modeling and analysis

·         Experience in Enterprise Data Modeling and Data Analysis

·         Strong modeling skills: Relational Modeling, Conceptual, Logical Modeling, Physical Modeling, Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, Snowflakes

·         Understanding of normalization and denormalization  techniques, type-subtypes

·         Experience working in data warehouse environment

·         Strong working knowledge of modeling

·         Teradata knowledge desirable

·         Knowledge of DB2 is a plus but not required

·         ER / Studio knowledge is highly desirable
