Primary Responsibility - To administer, maintain, and support the Lotus Notes environment on Linux/Windows platforms.
Primary Responsibility - Provide second-level customer support
Messaging environment includes Lotus Domino, Lotus Notes, Lotus iNotes, Lotus Sametime, Lotus Quickr, Lotus Traveler, BES/BlackBerry, BrightMail, MessageLabs, and TLS are preferred.
- Bachelors degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Lotus Notes Administration Experience version 8.5.x
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective communication and problem solving skills.
- Lotus Sametime Experience version preferred.
