Position::14000 Clinical Test Team Leader
Lcation:: PITTSBURGH PA
Contract:Longterm

NOTE::must have experience with clinical data systems AND healthcare setting

Job Description:   
• Work with the application & tech arch teams to plan one or more of the following: component, assembly, product, performance, user acceptance & tech arch tests.
• Determine all testing environment requirements & tools.
• Review the development process to ensure that defect tracking is properly addressed.
• Work with the deployment lead to plan the application pilot.
• Manage testers' work throughout test plan development and test execution
• Allocate test resources to application tests
• Ensure that all testing results are easily accessible & understandable.
• Measure & monitor progress during each test to ensure that the application is tested, validated & piloted
• Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines & testing methodology
• Review test, validation & pilot results to ensure that they meet the entry & exit criteria.
• Min 1 yr exp working with clinical data systems or in a healthcare setting.
• Min 4 yr testing exp, with recent exp as a lead
 
Must Have skills:
• Min 2+ to 4 yr testing exp, with recent project exp as a lead
• Min 1 yr exp working with clinical data systems and/or in a healthcare setting
