Position: Sr.Net Developer
Location: MN
Duration: 6+ Months

MUST HAVE:
·         C# 3.5 and above
·         ASP.NET MVC
·         Javascript & JQuery (More than input validation)
·         Javascript Unit Testing Frameworks
·         Dependency Injection Frameworks
·         XML (Knowledge Level: Expert), XSLT
·         LINQ
·         Agile Programming Methodology

NICE TO HAVE:
·         SQL Server (Stored Procedure experience)
·         ADO.NET
·         Object-Relational Mapping Frameworks (Entity, NHibernate)
And of course good communicator, developer first and foremost (don't need architects or leads) and ability to be able to pick up complex codebases and concepts in a fast paced environment.
