Minimum Qualifications
Personnel must have at least five (5) years of experience conducting business and systems analysis.
Personnel must have knowledge of:
o Eliciting and defining various business requirements.
o Performing analysis for application design and office workflow automation.
o System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Financial system experience as a Business and Systems Analyst, including but not limited to:
o Creation of various types of requirements such as business rules, business requirements, functional requirements, stakeholder requirements, implementation requirements, traceability matrixes, transition plan.
o Providing analysis towards operational efficiency.
o Identifying and clarifying requirements using basic conceptual and logical process and data modeling tools and techniques.
o Maintaining documentation and version control of all documentation..
o Keeping the master system artifacts updated.
o Managing the requirements repository system.
o Refining solutions for Requirements Management methodology.
• Knowledge of public pension and defined contribution plans.
• Understanding of EntireX, Natural code .NET application and SAP.
• Knowledge of Job Control Language (JCL).
• Prior experience as a Test Analyst; creation of test plans and test cases.
