Primary Skill: 
BI / Data Warehouse Testing 

Responsibilities : 
Analyze requirements and designs 
Create/Review detailed test cases in Quality Center 

Skill Requirements : 
Ability to develop complex queries using SQL 
Expertise using MS Excel 
Minimum 5 years of QA experience 
Proficient with HP Quality Center for creating scripts, tracking defects, and reporting 
Understanding of BI/DW design principles, methodologies & techniques 
Hands on experience of testing BI / DW including testing of database tables and front end analytics 
Good data analysis and debugging skills 
Experience with MicroStrategy 
Experience with Teradata 
Understanding of SDLC 
Excellent communication 
Retail industry experience 

Position # 2
*Role:         QA Test Lead* 
*Location:   Columbus, OH*
*Duration:  *5 - 9 Months**

Position Description: The focus of this position is to perform test leadership activities for an HR Technology project that enhances how Limited Brands uses electronic employment forms that are required from a regulatory perspective. The duration of the role is 5 months (April thru August). This role will involve working with testers and subject matter experts to identify and develop test scenarios and test cases in HP Quality Center / TestDirector, and facilitating the execution of the test cases across testers in multiple functional areas. The test lead will report status to project leadership regularly and will own the identification and communication of any issues or risks for the testing workstream on the projects. Limited Brands has an established process for how test cases are documented and how test execution is organized and reported out, and adherence to this process is required. The testing resources allocated to these projects will have varying degrees of experience with the testing process and tools to be utilized, so it will be important to effectively train and mentor these resources in order to deliver these implementations successfully. The test lead will also be asked to directly assist in test case development and test execution in order to supplement the pool of testing resources. 

Position Qualifications 
Manages functional testing activities on multiple IT projects, concurrently. Includes working with project leaders on resource planning and timelines, coordinating the work of multiple testing resources to develop test scenarios and test cases, facilitating test execution and defect management activities, and providing regular status to project and business leaders. 
Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and iterative approaches like Agile / Scrum. 
Expert in using HP Quality Center / TestDirector for test and defect management. 
Retail / HRMS background is preferred. Limited Brands uses PeopleSoft HRMS. 
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience. 
5+ years experience in software testing
