Relevant Experience (Yrs):            4 to 6 Years

Technical/Functional Skills         

•Functional knowledge

1) Accounts Receivable

2) Basic General Ledger

3) Install Base – CRM

4) Oracle Contracts

5) Oracle Projects

 

•Technical Knowledge

1) PL/SQL

2) Basic shell scripting

3) Oracle reports

 

Total Experience Required:          4 to 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:             

•Production system application & incident support

•Handling issues and to work with customers in resolving them

•Handle Escalations from Team and Customer

•Assist team in crisis situation and provide quick solution to critical issues

•Direct communication & meetings with client
