I am looking for a Sr. QTP Automation Tester that has a Lot of Years in Developing Automation Test Scripts in VB for QTP.

Need someone who has 4-5yrs in Working with QTP and is a GURU in creating CUSTOM Automation Test SCRIPTS (not just record and playback)

Needs to know QTP inside and out!!! How to create CUSTOM Functions, Variables (Static vs. Global) and etc…

Job description:

Should be responsible for the quality testing of the various applications running on the diverse web sites and related systems.  As part of the Quality Assurance Team works closely with the Development Team and the Business Team on approved scheduled projects.  Assume a key role in testing development modernization and enhancement projects under tight deadlines. Additional job duties include the following:

• Perform both manual and automated testing utilizing HP's Quality Center, and Quick TestPro, on multiple web-based applications.
• Analyze business and technical documents, generate manual and automated test cases, assess and prioritize quality risks, estimate testing efforts, and ensure system requirements and use cases are mapped to test plans and test cases.
• Generate test plans and test cases, conduct integration, regression, and system testing, and identify and document defects.
• Working Knowledge on Agile Methodologies(Must)
• Communicate test results effectively to project leads, business, and development team members.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects and/or test efforts, and prioritize project tasks.
• Coordinate and manage activities of one or more QA Analysts.
• Provide training and orientation to team members.

Requirement:  Must have a bachelor’s degree, foreign equivalent or bachelor's equivalent based on a combination of education/experience, in Computer Science, plus five years experience in the job offered.
