We have the need for a WebLogic Administrator for a client located in the Harrisburg, PA area.  The start date for the engagement is Feb 27^th and the engagement is expected to last approximately 3+ months.  The required skills are as follows:

 

Responsible for deploying, managing, and maintaining the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)product suite in a variety of environments, ranging from test to production, and disaster recovery.  This includes:  configuring, deploying, and managing  OBIEE 11g as well as Oracle's WebLogic Server; managing OBIEE system tasks and components using Fusion Middleware Control and the Oracle WebLogic Server Administration Console; managing performance tuning; maintaining system availability; application patching; diagnosing and resolving system issues, and setting up and managing security for both authentication and authorization purposes.

 

Required skills include knowledge and experience working with multi-node and multi-tier application environments on windows servers, using web and java application servers like IIS, Apache, and Oracle's Web Logic as well as experience  with  WebLogic security, WebLogic Scripting Tool, and the WebLogic Admin Console.

 

Additional relevant skills include: knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008; knowledge of programming languages like J2EE andASP.net; knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) OBIEE 11g;
