Requirements: Technical Skills Understands, and is able to use, the intricacies of the required technical skills that can only be gained through in-depth experience and problem-solving and is able to mentor others in their use.

 

Required · Experience with XML Schema, web services, EJB 2.1 design and development · Strong understanding of message based systems · Can identify and apply typical J2EE design patterns · Experience with a design tool such as Rational Rose, Enterprise Architect, etc. · Experience with RDBMS · Experience with BEA's WebLogic Server · Mature development and design skills. Excellent technical documentation skills (e.g. functional and technical specifications, etc.)

Minimum 8 years experience in IT Minimum 5 years Java experience

Minimum 3 years J2EE experience Extensive experience with project management methodologies and techniques (status reporting, issue management, risk management, scope control analysis, implementation planning, etc.),

understands the importance of communicating issues, risks, status, etc. in a thorough and timely fashion and can be relied upon to contribute in all aspect of project delivery.

Extensive experience with complete software development life cycle including, but not limited to, planning and estimating, requirements gathering, analysis, design, selection of tools and technology, construction, testing and testing methodologies, implementation, and deployment management.

Experience with reviewing and providing feedback on project deliverables Experience in a leadership role is preferred Expectations
