Required Skills:

• Java EE (jdk 1.6) development experience

• Spring framework development experience

• Unit test development experience with JUnit or similar

• Hibernate or Eclipse Link development experience

• Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment

• Ant or Maven experience

• Familiarity Unix/Linux environments

• Shell script development experience

 

Additional Preferred Skills for SOA Team:

• Systems integration development experience (e.g. JMS, SOAP and Restful web services)

• XSLT development experience

• JMS queue provider experience (e.g. Web Logic or other EE container, ActiveMQ, MQSeries, ?)

• SAX or other XML parser experience

• JAXB or other XML coding experience

• ESB (commercial or open source package) implementation experience

• BPM (commercial or open source package) implementation experience

• Familiarity with Altova XML development tools (e.g. XMLSpy, MapForce)

• Familiarity with UML and BPMN notation

 

Additional Preferred Skills for MRDT (Workflow) Team:

• Technical leadership experience (as senior engineer not project manager)

• Design/architecture experience (but not looking for pure architect, just a developer with solid design skills)

• Agile leadership experience (as scrum master not project manager or product manager, need someone who is able to champion agile process for the team)

• GWT or Swing development experience

• JSF development experience

• JMS development experience
