We are looking for Interwoven TeamSite Support Admin – Location – Palo Alto, CA – Long term Contract Position.

Must have skills:

·  2-3 yrs of exposure in Developing CMS based websites using Interwoven TeamSite and MediaBin; Installation, setup and configuration of TeamSite CMS system is a MUST.

·  Nice to have Skills: Linux knowledge, shell scripting, Awk programming, Good hands on exposure as TeamSite Admin preferred.

 

Job Responsibilities:

·  To handle day to day TeamSite Administration related activities.

·  To build necessary shell scripts to perform TeamSite administration

·  To coordinate and collaborate with DEV team

·  To address TeamSite tickets within SLA slots

·  To debug and troubleshoot TeamSite related issues, OD issues, DD issues, MediaBin related issues, Search related issues etc...

 

Detailed Job Description:

·  A person who has good command over Basic Linux commands, Core TeamSite Admin hands on experience (for Backup Strategy + security + recovery + L2 support + Log rotation + performance of TeamSite + Monitoring of TeamSite core process and trouble shoot) + MediaBin (with MS SQL Server for MediaBin ) + TeamSite Search and IDOL (here using) for process monitoring and stability (keep Health Check for all the TeamSite environment) + TeamSite-LDAP (for Authentication) + configuration files + Diagnostics + User Management – Permission

·  Data deployment (understanding of database oracle + sql and basic queries) + opendeployment + workflow (Trouble shooting if anything failed)

·  Good understanding of TeamSite implementation of 3-5 projects (good to have) + good grasping power to understand new projects implementation.

·  Must be able to write Perl & Shell script

·  Strong Communication skills (Written and Verbal)

·  Overall Experience in Interwoven TeamSite should be above 5-6 yrs and out of which at least 2 – 3 yrs of Teamsite Admin Support role being played

 

Environment - TeamSite version 7.2.0 + MediaBin + Search + IDOL (search) + OD + DD + Worlflow + Basic Linux Commands + Templating (tpl + xsl) + CSSDK (good amount of use in this project) + Host is VM machines (Linux OS).
