Position        :           Salesforce Technical Analyst

Location       :           Santa Monica, CA

 

Required Skills:

·        SFDC configuration, SFDC Customer Portal config, Translation workbench, HTML coding, VisualForce development

 

Expected Deliverables:

·        Configured application

 

Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with the functional team and drive the definition of the recommended technical solution to implement business requirements / processes

·        Lead application design and development activities

·        Lead application and integration teams through end-to-end delivery

·        Establish development guidelines

·        Co-lead application JAD sessions and provide direction to application and integration / data migration teams

·        Ensure project teams are aligned with required activities to support the testing and go-live strategy (required salesforce.com environments, data needs, training, communication plans, etc.)

·        Work with infrastructure managers, systems administrators and network architects, and coordinate / facilitate with other teams on technical design, build and unit test

·        Support analysis of legacy data for migration

·        Support in the mapping of legacy data to the Salesforce.com solution

·        Document technical requirements which cannot be met through standard Salesforce.com capabilities and coordinate offshore development

·        Support PMO activities (e.g., issue tracking and status updates) relating to technology work threads
