1. 10+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
2. Good Project Management skills –Project Planning, Tracking, Estimation techniques.
3. Experience with Project planning tools – MPP, Clarity etc.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Retail/Ecommerce and Java/J2EE background would be great to have.
7. Authorized to work in USA (H1B visa/GC/Citizen)
Java/J2EE Tech Lead (9 Positions):
1. 6+ years of overall experience in Java/J2EE based projects.
2. Experienced in architecture, design of Java/J2EE enterprise applications.
3. Should have technically lead a team of Sr. Developers/Developers.
4. Experience in Retail/eCommerce based projects is necessary.
5. Experience in Springs/Hibernate.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Authorized to work in USA (H1B visa/GC/Citizen)
Java/J2EE Sr. Developer/Developer (10 positions):
1. 4+ years of overall experience in Java/J2EE projects.
2. Excellent in Java/J2EE development concepts, design pattern etc.
3. Experience in eCommerce/Retail domain is great to have.
4. Experienced in Springs/Hibernate.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Authorized to work in USA (H1B visa/GC/Citizen)
