Position: Support Analyst
Location: Midland, Texas
Rate: $40/hr C2C all inclusive
Job Description:
ü Technical Support includes batch process monitoring, execution, Job scheduling, problem troubleshooting and resolution.
ü Perform Daily operations processing and operational assurance checklists. Receive all calls, emails and web enquiries on incident.
ü Technical documentation and support users - of technical problems.
ü Support during new releases and major production outages.
