Need for SAP HR and Project manager in Texas

I have 3 positions open for SAP HR-Payroll, HR-Learning Lead and Project manager role in Houston, TX

Houston, Texas

Multiple- year project (client has the right to hire anytime after 6 months)

Rate: below $100/hour

 

Experience Requirements:

Position A: The successful candidate will have specific project experience implementing complex SAP payroll conversions requiring the modification of SAP payroll schema. In addition, they should have the required project management skills listed below.  This role will help us accelerate the number of international payroll system conversions client  performs each year.  The roll is a multi-year, contract to hire.  Some minimal travel may be required.

 

Position B:  The successful candidate will have project experience implementing applications in the Human Resources area. Experience with learning management systems is a strong plus. Experience with the SAP HR module is also a plus but not a requirement. In addition, they should have the required project management skills listed below. The roll is a multi-year, contract to hire.  Travel is not anticipated.  This role will manage a variety of HR application enhancements and upgrades.

 

Position C:  The successful candidate will have deep project experience in document management and content management systems such as Livelink, Sharepoint or similar.  In addition, they should have the required project management skills listed below.  The roll is a multi-year contract to hire.  Some minimal travel may be required.  This role will manage one or more of several short and long term projects including: upgrade to Sharepoint 2010 and governance processes; upgrading content management infrastructure; implementing systems and governance over other electronic content.

 

Project Management Skills:

The ideal candidate will be able to manage 4-5 projects at any given time.  Prior project management experience of 5-7 years or more is expected.  Previously submitted candidates are eligible for these positions but discuss the candidate with me before submitting them. 

 

The successful candidate will have the following essential skills & attributes:

 

·         Strong communication skills and ability to tailor communication style to different audiences including executives

·         Ability to motivate & lead

o   Understands how to assign the right people to the right tasks

o   Able to read other people and respond appropriately

·         Willingness to do what is required to succeed (passionate to succeed)

·         Track record of managing sponsor's and stakeholders well (to ensure project success)

·         Track record of meeting project milestones and deadlines

·         Strong analytic skills/ability to logically piece together solutions to problems

·         Comfortable with ambiguity, doesn't require specific direction/details in order to move ahead

·         Quickly engenders trust and confidence

Please do not submit any H1 consultant from 3rd party. They have to be on your W2 or should confirm that they will transfer the visa to your company when the project starts. This requirement is not sent exclusive to you.
