Experience in defining scalable ETL, ODS and OLAP (front-end) architecture for multiple/growing organizations
Experience working with business partners to understand the requirements in detail
Ability to define prioritized set of requirements with business consensus
Experience working in Dimensional modeling and BI applications development
Experience in Microsoft BI stack tools and technologies or similar
Ability to clearly define and articulate the data gaps, integration gaps and come up with a data model and approach to resolve them
Ability to drive meetings representing Business SMEs with IT SMEs, Architects and Infrastructure experts to a solution
Familiarity working product based metrics, medical products and sales data coming from different geographic regions will be an
advantage
Clear communication skills and a Good team player
Ability to learn to deliver comprehensive BI through MS solutions including MS Excel, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), and
PerformancePoint Server 2010
Experience in Extract Transform Load (ETL) Experience in Dimensional Data Modeling and Cube development
Experience in advanced extensible reporting skills
Minimum of 3 years experience with SSIS and SSRS
Experience utilizing SQL with a preference towards Server 2008 R2
EDUCATION and/or Work EXPERIENCE
BS/MS degree in Computer Science preferred
6-8+ years of Enterprise Level DW/BI Experience
Microsoft or similar BI certification is nice to have
