Oracle Developer

• 5 years of diversified experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation as Oracle Developer.
• Excellent expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Physical and Logical design, code development, testing, implementing and maintenance.
• Experience OR Exposure in requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of Oracle financials (AP, AR, GL, PO).
• Proficient working experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, DB Triggers and Indexes.
• Expertise in using Oracle 9i and good knowledge in 10g Databases.
• Strong in using tools such as PL/SQL developer, SQL*Loader, TOAD and SQL*Plus, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms
• Experience in data conversion, interface development, new & customized forms and reports development, oracle workflow builder, oracle alerts and upgrades.
• Expertise in Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms.
• Expertise in implementing, administering and supporting Oracle Discoverer 4i/9i.
• Automating routine tasks using UNIX Shell Scripting and Oracle DBMS_JOBS
• Knowledge in UNIX shell scripting.
• Experience in Table Partitioning, Bulk Binds and Bulk Collects.
• Creating scripts for Create, Alters and Data Modifications.
• Technical documentation of different lifecycle deliverables and user manuals.
• Excellent technical abilities, strong oral and written communications skills, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

· Modules: Oracle 11i:

· Import data from legacy system to Oracle 11i using SQL*Loader.

· Perform Conversions programs using PL/SQL

· Create complex packages using PL/SQL.

· Perform data cleansing using pl/sql functions like trim, lpad, nvl for the data received from the legacy.

· Create Stored Procedures to dump the validated data to the output table from where the Oracle 11i interface programs can import them to the system.

· Load the data to the input tables with the help of sql loader and perform the column mappings as suggested by the business and the Oracle 11i Application system.
