Thank you Title: Process Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6+Months Experience: 8+ Years Description: Experience required and expectation is given below: a) Experience in Process Analysis & Modelling Target State Business Process models - Ability to visualize the business process End-to-End and strategically guide the project team towards the End-to-End Process optimization goal - Experience in Business Process Analysis & Definition – working with business partners to understand business operations; analyze and define current state as-is & target state business processes; identify & document KPIs (Key Performance Indicators); suggest process enhancements, preferably in the FSI – Financial Services Industry. b) Good Knowledge & Exposure to Oracle BPA; BPMN Usage; BPM methodology & insights into Fusion SOA Middleware stack of Oracle - Must have experience in using Oracle BPA (or) any other similar BPM tools around Process definition; simulation etc - BPM Certification from ! any reputed BPM organizations is an added advantage c) Soft skills in communication/ Ability to act as a bridge between Business & IT Partners - Must be able to visualize business processes conforming to BPMN standards – help and work with business partners to guide them around End-to-End Process optimization benefits.
