Qualifications:

•    Bachelors degree in Technology or Business

•    4+ years experience as an application developer

•    Advanced skills and experience with SQL Server 2008and T-SQL skills – this is CRITICAL SKILL

•    Intermediate to advanced skills with .NET 2/0 (2005/2008) development

•    Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques in a highly challenging, fast paced environment

•    Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; ability to logically identify process flows and design effective solutions

•    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships between business and technology community

•    Legal systems experience is desirable
