Location:- Richardson, TX
Duration:- 12 Months,Need 2 Positions, Direct.
Mandatory skills:-
Collect required inputs from the centers and vendors.
• Establish design of overall database structure working with Client VSO IT for continuity and across business segments on shared server.
• Define process with VSO IT for upgrades, support, etc.
• Establish IEX connectivity (front and back office), and test points of integration to ensure data feeds are functioning (i.e. ACD for front office and applications/ordering systems for back office).
• Configure front office and back office databases for each COE.
• Align workload distribution rules within IEX to create demand requirements for tickets, orders, calls, and other channels.
• Establish scheduling work rules (e.g. weekly, daily) and scheduling templates to be provided to the centers.
• Test and validate demand forecast and schedules generation for accuracy.
