Mandatory skills:-
Broad knowledge of testing approaches , techniques and tools
Diagnostic and problem solving skills
Hands on experience leading a team of QA analysts
Previously responsible for test cases creation, execution and reporting
Experience reviewing cross discipline deliverables
People skills especially diplomacy and advocacy
Experience of tetsing EDI transactions 837 I, 837 P, 835, 270, 271,
276, 277 Transactions.
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively
project managers, developers and business analysts.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as lead a team of
quality assurance analysts
Demonstrated ability to create consistent status reports providing
pertinent project assessment for executive decision making.
Highly analytic, needs to be able to independently analyze test
results and be confident making decisions and recommendations.
Desirable skills:- Working knowledge of Rational Unified Process
Development Methodology with focus on requirements and test management
Experience with Test tools such as Clear Quest, Reqpro, Test Manager,
Robot and Mercury Interactive Tools
Experience mentoring colleagues on creation of cross discipline UP deliverables
J2EE programming skills
Experience with Health Claims applications specifically MMIS
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science
