Job Title: Database Developer
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Albany, NY

Mandatory Skills:- • Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years' experience in the technology realm
• Expertise in programming complex SQL queries, stored procedures,
views, user defined functions and triggers.
• 3+ years' experience with SQL
• Hands-on 3+ years' experience of development with ORACLE with high
availability
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proven ability to work as a productive team member as well as solo

Desirable skills:- • Experience with object oriented programming, Java preferred
• Experience with web application servers such as Apache/Tomcat
• Strong ETL background using command line and other technologies
• Prior experience using information from the tools provided with
ORACLE sch as : Query Analyzer, bcp.exe, textcopy.exe and osql.exe and
third part tools like red-gate etc.
• Experience with high availability, high performance design
• Experience working in a web development environment
• Familiarity with Financial data and Financial applications such as
PeopleSoft ERP.
