Role: Test Manager
Test Manager will be responsible for technical/operational aspects of test management efforts and will ensure that quality assurance is integrated into all products/projects.
The person will lead a team of 6 to 8 testers.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of testing in a IT environment.
The successful candidate should have the ability to lead a team and deliver effectively and professionally at all times.
Experience in working in a distributed work environment would also be an advantage.
MUST HAVE
• Proficient in test strategy, test architecture, design and implementation
• Proven track record in leading testing teams (6 to 8 people minimum)
• Experience of using test management tool Quality Center essential
• Experience of using test automation tools is added advantage
• Keen understanding of how QA processes address project risk and the ability to offer creative solutions where contentions between schedule, resources, and scope shorten the testing cycle.
