Job Desription: HCM ABAP lead :

 

·         OM:       Creation and  enhancement of OM infotypes. PCH Logical database knowledge. Authority check knowledge. Relationships and evaluation paths understanding and experience.

·         PA:         Creation and  enhancement of PA infotypes. PNP/PNPCE Logical database knowledge.

·         Payroll: Very good Payroll process understanding. Understanding and Experience in data retrieval from the Payroll Cluster. Taxes management in the payroll cluster.

·         ECM:     Budgeting – Compensation administration.

 

 

HCM ABAP lead:

 

·         OM:       Creation and  enhancement of OM infotypes. PCH Logical database knowledge. Authority check knowledge. Relationships and evaluation paths understanding and experience.

·         PA:         Creation and  enhancement of PA infotypes. PNP/PNPCE Logical database knowledge.

·         ESS/MSS:

·         ECM:     Budgeting – Compensation administration.

·         ABAP webdynpro: Experience in creation and modification of ABAP Webdynpros.

·         HR Process and Forms: Experience working on the area – Experience creating an environment from the scratch is desired.

·         BADI's: BADIs understanding and implementation.

·         Workflow: Creation and modification of both standard and customer Workflows.

Adobe Forms: Creation of at least 5 Adobe forms documents – Experience on javascripting for hide fields – Interactive Adobe forms experience is desired.
