He mentioned potentially 4 areas.  

1) SD- Sales and Distribution, 

2) FI CO- finance, 

3) Inventory Management and 

4) abap Developer. 

Ideally someone with knowledge of the Service Module, release 3. I would say someone that has some Service knowledge but really the need is generating reports for Sales/Inventory as well as someone who can help manipulate existing Quote/Ordering and Inventory functions and tailor them to our needs.
