Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Location: Louisville, KY

Duration: 1 Year


Provides high level analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation, and documentation of business system software in a network environment, focusing on the development of client-server, Intranet/Internet and PC based application development; provides information and guidance to users of microcomputers; performs fact finding and analysis for problem solving for business applications.

. One to two years experience developing software applications using two or more of the following Microsoft technologies: C#, Visual Basic.Net, Microsoft.Net, Visual Interdev, Active Server Pages, Transaction Server, COM, DCOM, and ActiveX. Prior experience using any Windows-based development tools such as PowerBuilder or Visual Basic. Experience developing to MS SQL Server, MS Access or Oracle databases. In addition, experience with Crystal Reports or a similar reporting tool is required.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, InfoPath, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • A solid understanding of .NET technologies, specifically C#, required
  • Understanding of SharePoint 2010 object model and solution development
  • Experience in the following technologies:
    C#, jQuery, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, SQL Server 2005/2008, Visual Studio, Reporting Services, ASP, VB Script, TFS
  • ASP.NET and C# expertise
  • Ability to establish a good working relationship with peers and outside organizations
  • Solid understanding of enterprise level architecture frameworks and processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment required
