Job Description:
lead experience is a must
technical: (must haves)
architecting & providing consulting solutions in sharepoint & dot net area.
technically good with sharepoint administration
working knowledge on sharepoint 2007, 2010
sharepoint development experience
integration to third party tools like longitude, oneplace mail etc
experience with sharepoint architecture and setup
worked in dot net framework 2.0 and 3.5
experience as a web developer working with programming c#.net and asp.net and/or scripting languages for software development.
expert level knowledge of core web development technologies (.net c#, css, html/xhtml,xml,xslt,javascript, jquery, rest-based apis, etc.)
experience using web services (e.g. soap, rest, xml) to deliver functional applications.
strong in ms sql server 2008 & 2005 (should be able to write stored procedure and function)
knowledge of reporting services
functional: (must haves)
managed and lead team of 8-10 resources
proficient with status reporting & metrics (good excel / powerpoint skills)
excellent communication and coordination skills
experience with working in support environment
experience with requirement gathering, analysis & estimations
exposure to any service management tool & itil framework (incident, problem & change management)
onsite - offshore team handling experience
experience with business / customer handling & expectations management
experience with escalations management
