Position: 17938  - Commissions Developer III
Location: Bellevue, WA
Contract: 4 Months


Job Description:

Designs and develops internal and external business systems/applications,
systems interfaces, databases, reporting, or business intelligence systems,
as required to deliver new systems functionality supporting corporate
business objectives.

- Utilize development skills to build (code) and unit test new systems
functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include
code builds and documented unit test results.

- Facilitate/lead reviews (walkthroughs) of technical specifications and
program code with other members of the technical team, communicating design,
requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of
systems/applications to team and development lead.

- Build and unit test production deployment packages and implementation
plans for scheduled systems enhancements.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:     Skills/Experience:
o 5+ years of Very Strong Application and Object Oriented Design Development
Experience.
o 5+ years of Very Strong RDBMS experience designing and developing
applications on SQL Server 2008).
o 4-6 years of Solid C#, .Net Application Framework experience
o 4-6 years experience developing complex multi-tiered applications on
Windows
o Strong experience in design and development of applications using
Microsoft technologies like Visual Basic, ASP etc.
o Unix Shell Scripting experience

SQL Server 2008
o TSQL, creating/modifying complex stored procedures, functions, indexing,
triggers etc.
o Experience in Performance Tuning, Scheduling Jobs, etc
o Experience working on DTS and SSIS.
o Comfortable translating requirements into database designs

.NET/C#
o Strong in C# programming language
o Experience in developing .NET applications using Visual Studio 2005 or
higher, specifically C# Winforms.
o Strong GUI design skills and Object-Oriented development skills

B.S. Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent
experience.

Preferred skills:
- Wireless industry experience desirable.
