Job Description :	Required Skills: •Create test plans for E2E validation efforts of production IMS network nodes and related functionality. E2E validation will cover items like E2E service validation, including Basic Voice Call, Supplementary Services, IMS AS triggered Services( e.g. Presence, Instant Messaging).O&M validation for each Node, including performance counters/KPI, event management/alarm verification, configuration management. o Billing & CDR validation,Robustness and platform validation, including platform redundancy/resiliency, overload control, disaster recovery, IP redundancy, load test with UE traffic generator. •Configure test lab nodes for different test case requirements. •Analyze network IOT issues with core nodes (SGSN/MSC) using network analyzers (Agilent, Tektronix, Wireshark, Megamon). •Analyze network/handset IOT issues using RF analyzers and device logging software (TEMS, QXDM). •Testing and validation of regulatory features especially Location Network Elements (GMLC, SMLC).CMAS validation and testing. •Team responsibility areas include E911 Compliance, RAN Location Technologies, Serving Mobile Location Center, Stand-Alone SMLC (SAS), SUPL Positioning Center (SPC), location solutions for in-building wireless systems, LBS Enablers and SME support for Device location technologies and performance. •Successfully partner with customers around the design and launch of new mobile handsets. •Primary interface between our clients and wireless operator's handset engineering, device certification, sales engineering. •Subject matter expert on assigned devices, serving as a point of reference for customer inquiries and managing appropriate follow-up. •Manage and drive the Friendly User Trial (FUT) for the assigned products. •Able to understand, articulate, manage and respond to customer's detailed technical issues. •Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross functional teams at headquarters and in the North America offices to assure the successful development and execution of the products. •Develop content, documentation, and product support for release of new devices and MRs.
