Requirement Details:	Desired Background: Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory. Expectation is the candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work well in a team, collaborating with developers, customers, project managers and requirements analysts. Curiosity, adaptability and the willingness to learn new methodologies will be a determining factor in assessing the fit between the candidate and our organization. 5+ WebSphere Message Broker design and programming experience with ESQL 4+ WebSphere MQ 2+ XML, Java & Web Services (WS-*, SOAP) 2+ Databases (DB2 Preferred) Responsibilities: ·         Design, coding, documentation, testing and maintenance of program components and systems within the IT architecture; documentation of architectural components / subsystems, and ownership of key deliverables as directed by the team lead. While individual tasks require independence and initiative, the ability to work within rapid deployment teams is crucial. ·         The candidate must possess the following WORK HISTORY/EXPERIENCE: 4-6 years experience in a WebSphere Message Broker (V6 or above preferred) environment. ·         Must have advanced expertise in understanding architectural/system view, and have extensive experience coding complicated Message Flows and Message Sets. ·         Candidate must have excellent understanding of WebSphere MQ middleware architecture. ·         Candidate should have experience in XML, Cobol Copybooks Web Services (WS-*, SOAP) and Java. ·         Knowledge in the entertainment industry and understanding of its terminology is a plus.
