MUST have extensive experience with C# and WCF Services. They also both require either familiarity or experience with IOC Containers, preferably Unity Application Block.

The Unity application block from Microsoft Patterns and Practices.

ADO.Net Entity Framework 4.0 and above.

Data Access Repository Pattern (from Domain Driven Design methodology).

SQL

WCF best practices

Experience with creating Claims based security aware WCF services.

TFS and Visual Studio

LINQ

Asp.Net

SharePoint

jQuery

Ajax

Task Parallel Library in .Net 4.0.

Unit Testing using Pex and Moles.
