Location:Marysville, OH.
Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills and Experience:
Working knowledge of Windows-based Encryption Technology
Working knowledge of Windows Server commands and environment
Working knowledge of Windows XP
Flexibility to adjust shift, work weekends, overtime and provide on call support
Execute Windows Operating System patching technologies
working knowledge of wireless technologies and VPN connectivity
Working knowledge of McAfee Anti-Virus and Host Based Intrusion
Basic understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting such as DNS, WINS, TCP/IP
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
Provide support of McAfee Endpoint Encryption and Anti-Virus Client Software
Conduct problem management analysis and resolution for User Incidents
Support Security Incident Response Team to identify and countermeasure Malware Outbreaks
Review and identify required monthly security patches for client workstations
Provide primary support for VPN Users (troubleshoot and resolve user connectivity issues)
Provide Project consulting services for Information Security related requirements
Ensure new projects comply with information security policies, guidelines, and best practices
Assist in integrating new and existing security technologies to enhance our ability to protect confidential information and intellectual property
Provide technical support for client security technologies
Conduct troubleshooting, analysis, documentation and reporting
Conduct McAfee SafeBoot /Anti-Virus troubleshooting and resolution
Perform VPN connectivity troubleshooting
Provide IT Project Support
