Sr. SAP SD Functional Consultant / Analyst role who will be responsible in analyzing, configuring and implementing any SCM related functionalities in SAP. SCM area Covers SD, MM & FI (Account receivables) modules.
Responsibilities
This includes
• Understanding the Citrix Business processes, product lines and providing solutions following best industry standards.
• Working closely with the Business to understand the requirements in the Enhancement request in SCM area and collaborate with other teams to study the impact of the new requirement to provide a reasonable level of estimate.
• Ensuring the solution is delivered within the specified LOE.
• Preparing functional specification document in line with Citrix documentation policies.
• Working closely with the ABAP development team (on-site or off-shore) in getting the development (as required) completed on a timely manner.
• Performing extensive unit testing and System integration testing (if required) before handing it over to Business for testing.
• Supporting users during UAT and addressing any issues.
• Timely communication within the team on project status, issues & risks.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Have at least 7+ years of overall hands-on experience in configuring in SAP.
• Implementation in any software or high tech industry is preferred.
• Experience with sales bundles, software industry (hardware and electronic shipments, licenses) and deferred revenue is preferred
• Possess a thorough understanding of various functionalities in Order to Cash process in SAP SD, MM & FI modules (covering Citrix SCM business process)
• End-to-end OTC experience, order, multiple deliveries, invoicing revenue recognition and interfaces from multiple CRM system, custom applications and delivery interfaces. Understanding SAP Logistics and COPA and Financial Accounting integration and understand GL postings and impacts.
• Deep Technical Interface Knowledge (EDI and BizTalk)
• Strong communicator and leader to align the business owners with the proposed solution, develop and manage complex testing scripts among multiple business and IT groups
• At least 3 full life cycle SAP implementations with hands on experience in various SD configuration experience- Sales Document type configuration, Pricing, Copy controls, Output determination, Revenue Recognition, iDOC functional configuration, SQVI / SQ01 Queries, Customer master, Material master, Interfaces etc.
• Have good understanding and implementation experience in the area of STO's, Returns / RMA Process, Customer Consignment
• Have good understanding of various Sales order, Delivery & Billing user exits.
• Must work with a positive attitude, and have timely communication with on-site team on the status of any project / enhancement request status, issues & risks.
