Backend ETL testing skills
Must have good skills in testing BI reports e.g. Spotfire, OBIEE, can work in an Agile team, strong formal (Testing certification) testing background
Must have good communication, ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
Experience working with the Business users facilitating UAT at a minimum.
