Hi All,

 

Please read the following, it's just to let you know the things what will happen if you work with COMSPARK INT. Think twice before working with COMSPARK INT.

 

I want to let you know this because; so many Recruiters work with this company and faced problems with their management. Please share this in your Groups and Vendor list to avoid problems.

 

These things happens with COMSPARK INT

 

 Recruitment Side:-

1. COMSPARK INT don't have any Direct Client's &  works for 3^rd party requirements only, but says D C Req's and Implementation partners Reqs( if says DC Req ask them client name; i.e.: no answer )

 

2. COMSPARK INT always try to skip OPT candidates and drag them to their bench.

(Think once before send the OPT resume's)

 

3. If anybody submits resume to COMSPARK INT, never expect response from them

 

4. So many vendors got payment Issues with COMSPARK INT

 

Sales Side:-

1.  COMSPARK INT never delivers their consultants in time, and demand for the extra pay at time of PO

 

2. COMSPARK INT skips Vendors and they will go to Prime Vendors directly.

 

3. COMSPARK INT don't have at least one eligible candidate on any technology. 

 

Each and every point happened in past with many companies, But still we believed again some point of resume at risk, again same old story repeated.
