Rate: $50/hr C2C
Required:
Digital services or financial services experience (3+ yrs.)
Yellow/Green Belt/Lean/Six Sigma certification and experience with Lean/Agile delivery methodologies
Demonstrated experience working on mission critical customer facing transaction systems
Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (executive sponsors to team members)
Demonstrated ability to work with and coordinate efforts amongst multiple groups
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and quickly turn around results
Excellent quantitative & analytical skills
Demonstrated experience supporting business process improvement projects
Experience with root cause techniques
Preferred:
Project management experience
Ability to understand technical issues and assess impact to customers
SQL/VBA experience
Competencies:
Proficient in MS Office
Analytical Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Familiar with business objects
