Location: Edison, NJ(locals only)

Job Details:

They are ideally looking for a Midlevel to senior level Business analyst with great communication skills, some project management experience and Finance experience.

Targeted Skills & Competencies

·     Ability to diagram and analyze complex business processes involving multiple teams

·     Requirements management, including gathering, organizing and documenting using Rational Team Connect & Rational Requirements Composer

·     Basic project management skills (running meetings, preparing agendas, etc..)

·     Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

·     Excellent partnership skills and ability to develop effective working relationships with various people in business, operations and IT

·     Ability to multi-task effectively across several projects and assignments

·     Detail oriented

·     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Expected Responsibilities

·     Gather & manage requirements using Rational Requirements Composer

·     Lead quality assurance efforts (system, integration and user acceptance testing) to ensure that business requirements are achieved successfully

·     Actively participate in wireframing/prototyping sessions

·     Actively participate in software design sessions

·     5-7 years of experience as a BA and/or Systems Analyst

·     Strong background working on projects using Agile methodologies, including the ability to write user stories and test cases

Suggested Experience & Qualifications

Financial services background preferred .
