Position: Salesforce.com Developer
Location: Downers Grove, IL
Duration: 3-6 Months
NOTE: In person interview required
Provide design and development of custom report/types/new reports/datamodel modifications to support a new launchh of SFDC CRM replacing a customized legacy CRM system.
Provide pre-sales support, project estimation, business and functional analysis, design, development, implementation, training and support for Salesforce.com implementation.
Perform Salesforce,com administration and development utilizing APEX, Visualforce, AppExchange packages, web services, assignment rules, reporting, dashboards, work flows and integrations with various open source tools.
Architect and develop integration with e-commerce and accounting software (Quickbooks) to be utilized as a packaged product for future customer implementations.
Provide pre-sales and post sales support for knowledge management software and Salesforce.com integrations. Act as a key interface with employees as well as external customers on all aspects of integration with knowledge managment product suite.
