Direct client req: SAS Analyst

Hello,

 

 

Role: SAS Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration: 1 year +

 

Skills: SAS, Mainframe, Teradata, UNIX

 

 

Responsible for the implementation of Statistical Models. Included within those responsibilities are the areas of data access and delivery technologies. Knowledge of statistics and application of modes in business strategy preferred.

SAS certified and have a FI experience will be preferred. Experience with knowledge statistics is key. Unix experience IS required


SAS, Teradata experience required; SAS Certification highly preferred.
Unix experience a plus.

5+ years experience with Financial Services clients
Experience with major querying tools desired
Coordinating others work while involved with multiple work streams

Ability to communicate strategies and processes around data modeling and architecture to cross functional groups and senior levels
Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges
