Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

1)      Work with the business team gather requirements and document them.

2)      Awareness of ICD9 – ICD10 changes across the healthcare industry

3)      Facilitate meeting with business and vendor team

4)      Ability to define testing strategy, work with customer SMEs to identify test data and setup test management and execution

 

Skill set:

1)      Healthcare payer domain knowledge

2)      Detailed understanding of business processes in payer domain w.r.t. provider management, benefit configuration, policy administration, claim processing, claim file ERA and EOB

3)      SQL knowledge (Value add skill set)
