The site locations throughout the state utilize a wide variety of legacy systems including but not limited to Nortel, NEC, Aspect, Cisco, and Avaya. contact CMS/BCCS for a variety of Telecommunications requests and consultation. The intent of this contract will be to provide state agencies a resource with specialized skills to assist in analyzing business operations and processes as well as assist with the development of performance measures, flows, training, scripts, metrics, methods and procedures.

- Call Center related certifications (CIAC (individual)/ICMI (organization) – other CC technology/process certifications)
- OR
- Expert Call Center analysis/design/process methodology experience
- OR
- Expert call center technologists (Nortel, NEC, Aspect, Cisco, and Avaya + and CRM technologies)
