Urgent need for Project Manager, Princeton, NJ - Must be local

Hi Partners,

 

Position: Project Manager

Location: Princeton, NJ

Duration: 9 months

Rate: Open

 

In-person is mandatory - Must be local

 

Skills:

1.      Strong project management skills and tenacious approach to chasing action items and resolving issues.

2.     Expertise leading the design and implementation of strategic, cross-functional initiatives

3.     Considerable experience in financial services / asset management.

4.     Experience in working in change roles coordinating delivery across multiple time zones.

5.     Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through and organizational skills; Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6.     Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills.

7.     Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of the business and good at navigating the firm

8.     Experience in multi-tasking and trouble-shooting; able to spot roadblocks and escalate as appropriate to keep the project on track.

9.     Experience working with the Business Operations Change Management team to define and Implement new or changing processes required to support cross functional strategic initiatives

10.   Responsible for managing the end to end planning and delivery of significant, complex programs sponsored by Business Operations.

11.    Execution of strategic projects – setup appropriate project governance, develop the global plan, lead collaboration between departments, oversee business requirements, ensure appropriate testing, and successful implementation    

12.   Bachelor’s Degree required
