We are looking for Sharepoint Architect – Location – Redmond, WA – 6 – 12 Months Contract Position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Strong analytical reasoning, communication and presentation skills is a must

·         The candidate should have strong technical and architecture background. Good understanding of SharePoint Server 2010 architecture is a must. Knowledge on Active Directory, IIS, and Virtualization is required. Understanding of claims (SAML) and Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) is a Plus.

·         Good Technical Skills using SharePoint APIs and platform, including things like web parts, custom controls, timer jobs, event receivers, features, solutions, SharePoint web services, client object model, SharePoint REST and LINQ models, etc

·         Strong scripting skills through Power Shell, preferably 2.0 and above.

·         Familiar with parsing xml and using SharePoint OM/cmdlets

·         Experience in different Authentication and Security models in SharePoint Server 2010

·         Excellent knowledge of software development tools for the Microsoft platform, including Visual Studio .NET, .NET Framework, IIS, and Windows Server 2008/2008 R2
