Position: -           Tech Lead Java J2EE

Location: -           Cupertino, CA

Duration: -          3-6+ Months

 

 

Role: CODE TUNING -- Tech Lead Java J2EE

 

Note: Candidate should have good performance tuning experience.

 

Job Descripton:

·         6-9 years experience in Java, J2EE

·         At least one year worked in code tuning part

·          Run the static analysis tools (Find bugs, PMD, SonarJ) on the Java code base and fix the findings

·          Run the application in the UAT/DEV environment via a profiler (JProfiler/JProbe) and identify the performance bottlenecks and provide the solutions

·         By manual inspection of the architecture and design, identify the potential bottlenecks in performance.

·         Use tools like JTop/JConsole to identify the threads that consume the maximum CPU.

·          Monitor for new performance bottlenecks and provide the solution.

·          Good Written and Oral Communication Skills

·         Excellent trouble shooting and debugging skills

·         Good written and oral communication skills

·         Should be hands-on and should technically mentor & lead the solution team and review the work artifacts
