Location:  Dallas, Texas

Education and Experience:

Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5  years of related Service Desk experience
Experience of supporting Microsoft technologies
Experience in CA, Service Desk
Ability to work with the business community in an analyst-to-solution role
Project and/or supervisory experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skills: 

CA Service Desk r11
CA Unicenter  Desktop & Systems Management
CA CMDB 
Primary responsibilities include:
Primary contact to the Services Desks to ensure optimum system performance
Day to day maintenance of the services suite of applications, including:
CA Service Desk
CA Unicenter 
CA CMDB
Solutions development based on the above tools set
Continually work to improve the performance and reliability of application suite deployed within the Service Desk arena
Implement new functionality and modifications to Service Desk applications as required. 
Liaise with business users to ensure technical needs are addressed.
Promote high level customer service for all service related calls. 
Provide on-call after hours support as required for business critical systems.
Promote and support I.S strategies within the department and externally to our customers
Maintain Service Desk systems in accordance to agreed SLA.
Seek improvement in technical abilities by keeping abreast new technologies and continually training in our field.
