Our Direct client is looking for- Oracle/C# Analyst,  the right candidate would be someone who relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This is with our direct STATE CLIENT. RATES ARE OPEN. DURATION FOR 1 yr could go longer!

TITLE: Analyst 4 - Oracle/C#

DURATION: 1 YR+

LOCATION: RICHMOND, VA

Years of Experience:

• 8 to 11 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Microsoft .Net C#, ASP.net developer with significant Oracle back end experience, who can function both as team member and lead developer, in the creation of web based solutions and interfaces.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Microsoft .Net using C#, ASP.NET (including javascript and css), AJAX, XML, Linq, Oracle 9i+ PL/SQL, SQL Server 2005/2008 developer skill set (including SSIS packages), Project Planning, MS Office, Use Cases – ability to read,create, and develop from. 
• Interpersonal Skills: strong analytical skills complemented by desire to learn, ability to develop teams and work with customers, strong communications skills and ability to perform business negotiation, short and long range planning skills, system development methodology experience
